MAAKOA is pleased to announce that we, along with Kylee McKell & The Rose Foundation, will be sponsoring a benefit concert to raise money for two young adults in Utah who have recently suffered serious injuries and both have been left paralyzed from the waist down. Amberley Snyder and Taylon Moody, both 19 years of age, are in need of financial help to offset the costs of medical expenses resulting from their injuries.
The concert will feature the music of country stars Billy Dean and Due West, along with upcoming country star Katie Riggs. Also to perform is the amazing boy band sensation V Factory. The concert will be hosted by David and Doug Osmond.
The concert will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at the UVU McKay Event Center in Orem, Utah. The concert begins at 7:00 pm, with a pre-concert performance by Center Stage Ballroom Dancers at 6:30 pm. Doors open at 6:00 pm.
